Hi, I’m Jessica Flanders. I love taking things that feel complicated or disconnected and turning them into something clear, thoughtful, and easy to use. I’m naturally drawn to finding better ways to do things, whether that means improving a process, simplifying communication, or creating tools that help people do their work more smoothly. My work started with analyzing data and improving workflows, but over time it grew into something bigger. I began designing systems, automating repetitive tasks, and building solutions that make everyday work easier. Along the way, I’ve helped transition paper based processes into digital workflows, designed websites and branding, and created tools that make information easier to find and use. Today, I bring that same mindset into both digital and operational spaces. From improving e commerce performance and refining product data to designing digital business cards, QR based documentation, and automation workflows, I focus on creating solutions that are practical, thoughtful, and built with people in mind. At the core of my work is a simple goal. I want to make things easier. I care about accessibility, usability, and making systems feel more human. By combining technology, automation, and design, I create solutions that help people move faster, feel less overwhelmed, and focus on what really matters.
